The safety of our guests is our top priority. Each ride at Fantasy Island has posted safety guidelines at its entrance to help guests determine whether the attraction is appropriate for their individual needs. Guests are encouraged to observe a ride before choosing to participate.
All rides have height requirements and other safety restrictions set by the ride manufacturer and enforced in accordance with New Jersey State Law. These requirements are strictly followed to ensure the safety of every rider.
To ride, guests must be able to:

Companions must be at least 14 years old. If the attraction requires an adult rider due to height or safety restrictions, the companion must be 18 years or older. The Companion Band is intended to support:
- Assistance with ride loading, riding, and unloading
- Continuous communication between the guest, companion, and ride operators
- Safe and efficient access to attractions with the support of our operations and guest services teams
Companion Bands are valid only when the companion is riding with the guest requiring assistance. Fantasy Island reserves the right to limit the number of Companion Bands issued per guest based on operational and safety requirements.
For assistance or questions regarding Companion Bands, please visit Guest Services upon arrival.
