Park Rules
Safety is our number one priority and every Fantasy Island Team Member is committed to providing a safe experience for all guests. Safety is a shared experience, and your cooperation in abiding by all rules and regulations posted throughout the park and online is greatly appreciated. We hope you enjoy your visit.
- Children 12 and under must be accompanied by an adult.
- Running and horseplay is strictly prohibited throughout the park.
- No glass containers or alcoholic beverages are permitted in the park.
- Not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Spitting, and Rough play or other misconduct including, tripping, pushing and shoving shall not be permitted.
- No pets, except service animals are allowed in the park.
- Persons suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall be prohibited from entering the park.
- Guests are expected to behave in a family-friendly manner at all times. Line jumping, profanity, spitting and unruly behavior are offensive to other Fantasy Island guests and may be cause for ejections.
- No smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping of any kind is permitted.
- Shirts must be worn at all times.
- No personal items or loose clothing may be brought onto any ride.
- Guests are not permitted to enter a ride area without permission. No reaching over, “high fiving” through or over ride fences.
- Management reserves the right to deny entry if clothing is deemed inappropriate or offensive.
- The use of cameras, cell phones, and other electronics and recording devices is prohibited on any ride.
- No ball playing within the park.
- No bicycles, roller skates, roller blades, scooters, skateboards are permitted within the park.
- Umbrellas may only be used in designated seating areas and away from crowds and rides.
Fantasy Island Amusement Park reserves the right to inspect all bags, boxes, backpacks or handbags. The following items are not permitted within any section of the park or arcade:
- Glass bottles or Containers
- Knives or Chains
- Firearms and Ammunition
- Fireworks and Explosives
- Chemical weapon, including mace and pepper spray
- Magic Markers, Spray Paint, and Aerosol cans
- Selfie Sticks, Monopods, and similar devices
- Lawn chairs and folding chairs
- Unmanned aerial vehicles (drones)
