• Firearms, ammunition, and weapons of any kind are NOT permitted on premises.
• Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult that is at least 21 years of age. Parents or guardians must supervise children at all times. No child allowed without adult supervision.
• Running and horseplay is strictly prohibited throughout the park.
• Spitting, rough play, or any other misconduct including tripping, pushing and shoving are not permitted. 
• No pets, except service animals are allowed in the park.
• Persons suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol shall be prohibited from entering the park and/or asked to leave. 
• Guests are expected to behave in a family-friendly manner at all times. Line jumping, profanity and other unruly behavior that is offensive to other Fantasy Island guests and will result in ejection from the park. 
• No smoking, e-cigarettes, or vaping of any kind is permitted.
• Guests are not permitted to enter a ride area without permission. Reaching over and through ride fences is not allowed. 
• The use of cameras, cell phones, and other electronics and/or recording devices is prohibited on any ride. 
• No ball playing within the park. 
• No bicycles, roller skates, roller blades, scooters or skateboards are permitted within the park. 
• Umbrellas may only be used in designated seating areas away from crowds and rides. 
• No personal items or loose clothing may be brought onto any ride.

Fantasy Island Amusement Park Dress Guidelines 

Proper attire, including shoes and shirts, must be worn at all times. Fantasy Island is a casual, family-oriented environment. Ensuring that the all areas are family-friendly is an important part of the experience. Fantasy Island reserves the right to deny admission to or remove any person wearing attire that is considered inappropriate or attire that could detract from the experience of other Guests. Attire that is not appropriate for the park, which may result in refusal of admittance, includes but is not limited to:

• Clothing with objectionable material, including obscene language or graphics.
• Excessively torn clothing.
• Clothing which, by nature, exposes excessive portions of the skin that may be viewed as inappropriate for a family environment.
• Clothing that touches or drags on the ground.
• Objectionable tattoos.

Fantasy Island Amusement Park reserves the right to inspect all bags, boxes, backpacks or handbags. The following items are not permitted within any section of the park or arcade:

• Glass bottles or Containers.
• Knives or Chains.
• Firearms and Ammunition.
• Fireworks and Explosives.
• Chemical weapons, including mace and pepper spray.
• Magic Markers, Spray Paint, and Aerosol cans.
• Selfie Sticks, Monopods, and similar devices.
• Lawn chairs and folding chairs.
• Unmanned aerial vehicles (drones).
• Alcoholic beverages or open containers
