How to redeem your vip pass
VISIT US
Beginning May 1, visit any Guest Services booth or counter during operating hours. The person receiving the pass must be present. Please also bring the following:
- Email confirmation of purchase with barcode (electronic or print out)
- Photo ID that matches confirmation
REGISTER
At our VIP guest services window we will register the following information:
- First and last name
- Home Address
- Phone Number
- Date of Birth
- We will take a photo for verification purposes. This will not be printed on your VIP Card

- An exclusive VIP card that will provide all your benefits including your $50 Fun Card
- A VIP lanyard
- A 2023 Souvenir Cup
- A special VIP gift

Upon purchasing your VIP Pass, you will receive an email confirmation with a barcode. Please bring a print out or electronic copy of your confirmation to Guest Services during operating hours. The person receiving the pass must be present. One of our team members will register your VIP Pass and you will be given a physical card that you will use throughout the season to obtain Unlimited Ride passes and other perks.
Please note, a photo ID will be required at the time of redemption and a picture of the passholder will be taken so that we may confirm the cardholder’s identity when using the VIP Pass.
Your VIP Pass will be valid from May 1, 2023 through December 31, 2023.
Your VIP Pass can be used everywhere in the park.
- At Guest Services to redeem your daily Unlimited Ride Band as well your five single-day Unlimited Ride Passes
- In the arcade for 10% off arcade redemption prizes
- At Shark Bites Grille, Snack Shack and Scoops Up Ice Cream Parlor for 10% off food and retail as well as free or discounted refills with your complimentary souvenir cup
- At boardwalk games or in the arcade with your $50 credit
If you have lost your pass, you can visit Guest Services and purchase a replacement pass for $2.
Each time you visit, check-in at Guest Services at our VIP Check-In window and you will be provided with a VIP Ride Band for unlimited use on all of our rides for the day.
Please visit the VIP Check-In window at Guest Services to have your VIP Ride Band replaced.
No, your VIP Pass can only be used by the passholder. When registering your pass at Guest Services, please provide the team member assisting you with the name of the person that will be using the VIP Pass. A photo of the cardholder will also be taken for identification purposes.
Each passholder will receive a total of five free single-day unlimited ride passes for friends and family. These five Unlimited Ride Passes are all ONE-TIME use ride bands that can be used for anyone of your choice for one day of rides. These ride bands do not have to be redeemed on the same day. The passholder needs to be present for friends and family to redeem the ride passes.
